NAPEO’s 2023 Annual Conference & Marketplace was originally scheduled to take place at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Conference Center in Denver, but due to recently-announced renovations at that hotel, #NAPEO23 was relocated to the Gaylord Palms in Orlando to ensure an exceptional attendee experience.


All cancellations, additions, and changes must be submitted to NAPEO via email to kadair@napeo.org. Refunds will be issued for cancellations made through Monday, October 2nd. A $150.00 processing fee will apply to all cancellations to cover administrative and event preparatory costs. No refunds will be given on or after Tuesday, October 3rd.
