Women in NAPEO (WIN) presents Leading from the Inside Out

Description

Women in NAPEO is back! Throughout March, the world will be celebrating women – their history, their accomplishments, and their future – so what better time to come together for our next Women in NAPEO program? Please join us at 2pm EST on Thursday, March 9th as Dr. Laura Gallaher inspires us to Lead from the Inside Out.

You may have heard about transformational leadership, but what is it exactly? And what is the key to leading in a way that truly inspires and touches the lives of the people around you? Transformational leadership is less about what you do and more about who you are, which is why it can feel elusive or idealistic. In this session, Dr. Laura Gallaher breaks down the science of human behavior so you can learn how to lead from the Inside Out.

Dr. Gallaher applies the science of human behavior to your organization so you can get your edge, achieve together, and enjoy the journey. She’s an Organizational Psychologist and is passionate about helping you grow by raising your self-awareness. She’s a USA Today and Wall Street Journal Best-Selling Author and co-wrote the book, The Missing Links: Launching a High Performing Company Culture, published in 2021. Laura comes highly recommended to us by one of our members who has worked with her as a coach and consultant.

This program is open to ALL NAPEO members…men and women, all titles, at all levels of your companies. Our goal of empowering, engaging, and educating women through WIN is an industry-wide initiative so we need all hands on deck! Women in NAPEO Chair Lee Yarborough will also be announcing new WIN engagement opportunities…two new ways to get involved in 2023!
